Coffee Crusted Veal Chops

We owe thanks for this Coffee Crusted Veal Chop to Anne of Anne’s Family Recipes (with a spice rub adapted from Healthy Appetite with Ellie Krieger)! Check out her cooking video to see the inspiration for this recipe and to get the recipe for her Cowboy Caviar (which is the perfect addition to these veal chops!
Anne shows us just how easy it is to cook a veal chop and create a fantastic family meal for dinner. You can use any rub that your family loves and create a fantastic dish! You can use any veal chop that you can get your hands on, a rib chop or a loin chop! Cutlets might even go great with this rub. The best way to make sure any meat is fully cooked is to use a meat thermometer. Cook time really depends on the size and thickness and veal chops come in different thicknesses! After you have a veal chop, your definitely going to want to try more. Check out all of our chop recipes for more inspiration!
