Veal Fried Rice

This Veal Fried Rice is a great recipe to whip up when you are in a rush. It uses frozen veggies for a quick meal, but if you have leftover veggies or prefer fresh those will work too! The more veggies the better. Adding in some fresh onion or garlic would be amazing and pair very well with the soy sauce.
This recipe can really become your own, there are a lot of ways you can change it and make it perfect for your family. Feel free to season the stew meet beforehand for more flavor or wait until the end. Some recipes call for cold or chilled rice for less sticky or sogginess, this is your preference. Use 2-3 eggs and you could also try scrabbling them before hand and adding them later. If you are feeling bold, try using butter instead of oil for a different flavor experience. Make sure to use high heat when cooking this veal fried rice.
