Instant Pot Osso Buco
Osso buco shanks rest in a Dutch oven, after being cooked low and slow.

Instant Pot Osso Buco

Instant Pot Osso Buco is so easy compared to a low and slow cooking process in the oven or on the stove. Made in the pressure cooker, these turn out equally delish as the traditional dish cooked slow on the stove or in the oven and show off just how versatile veal can be. If you are craving some serious comfort food, this recipe is perfect. Osso Buco Shanks are braised in a bold tomato sauce until they are tender and falling apart.

This recipe was developed by Paula of bell’alimento just for us! She did a fantastic job at packing the traditional Osso Buco flavors into an easy at home meal. Check out some of her other veal recipes here! Looking for a traditional oven version of this recipe, look no further than here!
