Sheet Pan Nachos with ground veal are quick, easy, and family friendly. So, switch up your next taco Tuesday with this simple recipe developed by our friend over at Feygin Foodie! Sheet Pan Nachos are also great for a last-minute dinner, don’t worry if you don’t have everything on the list! These are great with any toppings you have, or whatever your family loves. Don’t stress over dinner, it’s as simple as this.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.
Add ground beef and garlic – cook until beef has browned (about 3-5 minutes). Stir in taco seasoning and allow to simmer for a minute. Drain excess fat.
Place tortilla chips in a single layer onto the prepared baking sheet covered in aluminum foil.
Top with ground veal mixture, corn and cheese.
Place into oven and bake until heated through and the cheeses have melted (about 5-6 minute).
Prep your toppings as the cheese melts.
Remove sheet from oven and top with prepared tomatoes, red onion, jalapeno, avocado, cilantro and Greek yogurt
