Ingredients

  • 24oz veal stew cubes
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup grated parmesan
  • 1.5 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt + pepper to taste
  • 6 oz penne (cooked separately)

Instructions

  1. Add veal, broth, sun-dried tomatoes, and seasoning to the slow cooker and store.
  2. Cook on for LOW 6-7 hours or on HIGH 3-4 hrs.
  3. Stir in cream cheese and parmesan the last 30 min.
